One day I was working with a company and I had so many calls I couldn’t even talk to my clients for more than 5 seconds. I feel a good way to find out what a person needs is to speak to them. So I decided to establish a company who wouldn’t overwhelm the technician with calls and sacrifice the needs of the customer.
